Environmental Assessments / Community Impact Studies

Gaston Engineering & Surveying, P.C. has extensive knowledge and experience in working with various planning and design review agencies throughout Southwest Montana. As part of the land planning and subdivision process, certain studies and assessments are required by the reviewing agencies. Environmental Assessments and Community Impact Studies are required to assess the impacts to the community in areas such as environment, wetlands, traffic, safety, schools, municipal services, etc. We will be able to assist you in completing these studies as required by the various agencies. We are also able to complete Phase I Environmental Audits that are required by various owners and banks before purchasing a piece of property.
