Diamond Estates Subdivision

This project included the planning, surveying, design, and construction of a multi-phase subdivision consisting of 170 single family, multi-family, and condominium lots. Included with this project were large areas of open spaces that incorporated existing wetlands and streams as part of the overall layout of the subdivision.

The engineering design included water, sewer, roads, and storm drainage as well as design and installation of a main sewer outfall that will serve areas to the north including the Regional Park areas and various subdivisions. Construction inspection, quality control and testing was also performed on this project to ensure that the project was completed according to plans and specifications.
