Pioneer Crossing/Centennial Village Subdivision
Gaston Engineering & Surveying was hired to complete a 270 lot residential and 90 lot commercial subdivision in Manhattan, Montana. The large scale size of the development required a tremendous amount of coordination and planning with the Town of Manhattan, the developer, neighboring landowners, and other State and local agencies. The project included design and installation of a main outfall line that would serve the Town of Manhattan and be connected to the newly installed Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The scope of the project included conceptual planning, surveying, lot layout and development, water, sewer, road and storm drainage design, rerouting of existing irrigation ditches, beneficial use permit, and construction inspection and testing of the infrastructure installation. The overall subdivision will build out in 4 phases and includes a public water well and pump house that will serve the Town of Manhattan.
